Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Instructor for our new IT Centre. The instructor will deliver training across multiple in-demand IT courses and mentor students throughout each badge.

Courses to be Taught
Candidates should have expertise in one or more of the following:
1. MS Office & Digital Literacy
2. Graphic Designing - Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
3. AI Agents Creation
4. Web Development - Cursor AI, WordPress, and Custom Development
5. IT Support - Networking, Computer Setup, and Troubleshooting
6. Google SEO with AI Content
7. E-commerce with Shopify
8. Digital Marketing with Generative AI - Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads

What we're looking for

Key Responsibilities
1. Delivering quality training sessions aligned with the course curriculum
2. Supporting students in skill development through guidance and mentorship
3. Preparing course content and training materials including slides, notes, assignments, and practical tasks
4. Assisting in practical and hands-on learning in lab sessions and real-world projects

Course Details
- Format: Badge-based course
- Duration: 2.5 to 3 months per badge
- Class Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours per session
- Location: PIA Road, Lahore - New IT Centre

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: PKR 100,000 to PKR 150,000 per badge

- Payment Flexibility:

Can be paid per badge OR divided into monthly installments.

Example: For a 3-month badge, PKR 33,333 to PKR 50,000 per month

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2. Proven teaching/training experience preferred
3. Hands-on expertise in at least 2-3 of the listed courses
4. Ability to create and deliver engaging course content
5. Passion for student development and hands-on learning
