Customer Success Intern

What you'll be doing

Laundry Xpress is looking for Customer Service Representative (CSR) Intern to join ourteam.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, calls, and other channels

Monitor feedback platforms to identify trends and insights

Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and key findings

Work with different teams to improve services based on feedback

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions

Help improve feedback systems and survey processes

What we're looking for

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of customer support and customer handling.

Ability to handle calls, messages, and customer queries professionally.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.

Candidates residing near Gulistan-e-Johar will be preferred.
