Job Description:
Role summaryThe Digital Marketing Specialist will join a cross-functional growth team focused on demand generation, product positioning, and brand presence for SaaS products. The role involves executing digital campaigns, managing content, optimizing websites and landing pages for conversion and SEO, running paid media with an ROI focus, and building marketing automation and lead-nurture programs.
Key responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, email, and content channels to drive qualified leads and product trials.
- Create and manage content plans including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and social media assets aligned with product and sales goals.
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversion rate, user experience, and SEO; coordinate technical SEO improvements with engineering.
- Manage paid media budgets, set target KPIs, monitor performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
- Build and maintain marketing automation flows, lead scoring, and nurture programs.
- Set up and monitor UTM tracking, conversion events, and attribution reporting across channels.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and design teams; provide briefs and edit technical content as needed.
Job Specification:
Must-have- 4 years experience managing digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with demonstrated ROI improvements.
- Practical knowledge of SEO: on-page optimization, technical SEO basics, and keyword research tools.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar) to build nurture sequences and track lead lifecycle.
- Experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Optimizely or equivalent) and using data to drive decisions.
- Ability to set up and monitor UTM tracking, conversion events, and attribution reporting across channels.
- Strong content skills: write briefs, edit technical blog posts, and produce concise case studies and landing page copy.
- Basic design literacy; familiarity with Canva or Adobe is a plus.
Preferred- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or inbound marketing.
